The Beurer Germany MG 280 Stretching Muscle Massage Yoga Mat is a unique device that provides your body with tension relief & relaxation. It helps you to recharge, stretch and gain improved flexibility.
Inspired by Thai yoga, it is suitable for relaxing the body. Helps maintain body flexibility, unlock joints, stretches and relaxes muscles, relaxes mind and body. Stretch technology is based on a variety of typical yoga and stretching movements that aim to help mobilise the spine and release tension in shoulders, and hips. It features 7 air pockets with precision control that inflate in sequence and emulate yoga to soothe and relax tired and sore shoulders, 3 adjustable intensities to customize the massage and 4 programs to soothe and relax. How to Get the Most From Your Beurer Germany MG 280 Yoga Stretch Mat
1. Remove your shoes. Remove all jewellery. Wear comfortable clothing.
2. Lie on your back on the yoga & stretching mat (per the instruction manual) ensuring you are comfortable
3. Turn on the yoga & stretching mat.
4. Select from the 4 different programmes on the remote control.
Spin: This programme is particularly suitable for the hips, lumbar area and shoulders. With gentle rotating movements, possible tension in the hip, lumbar or shoulder areas can be relieved.
Recovery: This programme helps you to relax and recharge.
Stretch: This programme was designed to gently stretch your spine along its full length. As a result, you will feel more flexible and balanced, just like after a yoga session.
Relax: This programme deeply relaxes your entire body and helps you to switch off from an often stressful daily routine.
All 4 programmes are 15 minutes long. The yoga & stretching mat switches off automatically once the 15 minutes have elapsed.
5. Select the desired intensity from the 3 intensity levels. The device automatically starts on the medium intensity level. Use of the device should feel pleasant and relaxing at all times.
6. The yoga & stretching mat offers the option of adding additional warmth or vibration to the programmes, which can be selected via the remote control.
Please note that Beurer products are designed to ensure comfort. The warmth function provides a comfortable temperature around or just above body temperature, and not heat.
Tips for Optimum Relaxation
When stretching, try to let yourself lie back and relax, to enjoy using the device without exertion.
Breathe slowly and deeply through the nose and try to find an even breathing rhythm.
On programmes that use rotating movements, you can gently move your head or body in line with the movement.
At the beginning, gently get your body used to the stretching movements.
When you are familiar with the use of the device and are comfortable with the treatment, you can repeat the treatment as often as you like.
